The Party Kit

OUR ANNUAL AUCTION is a celebratory event bringing our school and parish community together for a fun-filled night of virtual dancing and socializing while fundraising for the benefit of our children and the community.  This year, each Mask-erade Event Ticket to the virtual auction will include a party kit.

THE SILENT AUCTION

will have many items to choose from including great deals on enrichment programs for your child,restaurant gift cards and unique experiences. Items range from $50 gift cards to Disneyland tickets to lush resort getaways!

MAUI DRAWING 


Will kick off on March 12, 2021, more information will be sent home in the upcoming weeks.

EACH STUDENT IS REQUIRED to procure at least $100 in donations. For every donation, donors will receive entries into a drawing.

The winner will receive a trip for two to Maui (or cash equivalent) and will be announced at the Annual Auction.

The William H. Hannon Foundation provides the trip to Hawaii if Saint Mark School can demonstrate student participation. We encourage students to sell entries to friends and family instead of asking parents to buy them. William Hannon expected students and families to engage in sales because he believed in the lessons of entrepreneurship.

​FOR THE AUCTION

We request each family brings in at least one donation valued at $200+. Simply ask your favorite businesses  — hairdressers, restaurants, orthodontists... — you’d be surprised how many are happy to donate to a good cause! Do you own an Airbnb? The Live Auction includes Big Ticket items like resort stays, concert tickets, vacation homes, luxury items... and these items are essential to the success of our fundraising goals. Help us go big this year!

DONATE A MASTER CLASS ​

NEW FOR 2021! Whether it be in business and leadership, photography, cooking, writing, acting, music, sports and more, The Master Class will deliver an online learning (zoom) experience. If you're a master in your field, this is a great opportunity to help raise money for the school with a minimal time commitment from the Master Class donor.

DONATE A PARTY

Parent party events are always a big hit at the Auction. We're looking for creative socially distant ways to offer events to the community this year. — Host a socially-distant (and masked) outdoor fitness class in your backyard or something more elaborate like a zoom wine tasting, virtual game night or outdoor movie night.

BECOME A SPONSOR

Sponsorship opportunities are designed to help you meet your marketing objectives. All sponsorship levels, ranging from $1000 to $5000 receive full recognition at our auction, in our catalog and on the auction website. Deadline for submission is 3/15/2021.

PURCHASE A CATALOG AD

Showcase your business with a prominent ad in the auction catalog that is distributed to all school families. Ads range in size; priced from $250 to $750. Deadline for submission is 3/15/2021.

BECOME AN UNDERWRITER

Underwriting supports the auction by helping cover expenses, thereby increasing the event’s proceeds to benefit the needs of the school directly. Deadline for submission is 3/15/2021.
